Dr. Lardi is certified in assessment and casting of custom foot orthotics. Orthotics reduce stress and strain on your body by correcting, supporting and preventing foot imbalances and anatomical structural deficiencies.
How do they help?
Orthotics are custom designed insoles that help correct specific foot imbalances, gait changes, and structural deficiencies in the legs, hips, pelvis, and spine.
Orthotics work on your feet much like glasses work on your eyes – they reduce stress and strain on your body by bringing your feet back to proper alignment.
Custom orthotics fit into your shoes as comfortably as an insole – and they have the advantage of having been made from precise imprints of your feet.
Since I began treatment, I can now walk without pain. I cannot begin to tell you how flexible my body feels – no more stiffness. I no longer take pain killers.

Who should wear custom foot orthotics?
